About the Job:

As the Front-End Team Lead at TackleAI, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications from beginning to end. You will work with the development team, as well as UX/UI designers and graphic designers. You will work closely with our back-end developers to deliver a consistent and reliable web experience. You will work with our designers to improve usability for our customers. You will optimize web design in various platforms for maximum speed. You will work with designers to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. You will coach, mentor, and supervise Junior and Mid-level developers and spearhead projects as necessary. You will work alongside management to ensure deadlines are met and any issues addressed. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our customers.

About the Candidate:

• You have 5+ years’ experience with React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• You have experience in one or more relevant front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Ember, Vue.js, Thymeleaf, etc.) and test frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, etc) with preference for React
• You have exposure to design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suites, Zeplin, Envision, or similar to create front end prototypes with a clean and organized workflow
• You have experience with view layout and rendering technologies (e.g., responsiveness, progressive enhancement, browser/device support)
• You have experience with version control software such as Gitlab
• You have experience with requests library such as Axios or Fetch to connect to different API’s and databases
• You have used Redux, Redux-Saga, NGRX, etc for state management
• You have experience with user-centric design research, visual prototyping and wireframing
• You can implement solutions that are user responsive and efficient.
• You have knowledge of the entire web development process.
• You are capable of implementing a resilient web architecture.
• You have experience with testing and debugging.
• You have an eye for layout aesthetics.
• You are analytical and you have a keen eye for details.
• You have great problem-solving skills and you work well in a team.
• You're curious about new technologies and you're driven to find ways to implement them in your work.
• You have experience with coaching and mentoring other developers.
• You can oversee and drive projects forward.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
