This position is responsible for insights and analytics resulting from leading and supporting the management of the operations business intelligence analytics tools. This role will strive to provide insights and analytics to continuously improve the guest experience through data-driven decisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for overall direction and specific requirements for technology enhancements that support the FSM team (i.e. CMX, Operations Dashboard).
  • Lead the development of FSM processes and tools that support new restaurant and remodel initiatives.
  • Lead the innovation of technology solutions to solve common issues across brands.
  • Lead projects with cross-functional teams and serve as FSM Adoption Lead.
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing simplified & expanded functionality opportunities within Business Intelligence applications and CMX Micro Strategies Enterprise Intelligence.
  • Support and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Lead the development of best-in-class tools and tactics to support our field organization along with their support of our Franchisees.
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding key areas of responsibility.
  • Provide feedback channels on all associated work to conduct assessments inclusive of all stakeholders; ensuring performance measurements are evaluated to continuously learn.
  • Help identify and resolve project–related risks and issues.
  • Participate in the evaluation of key projects by taking part in post-project evaluations and lessons learned, ensuring feedback is taken into consideration and worked into other initiatives as needed.
  • Ability to effectively multiple projects/initiatives within budget.
  • Drive the recognition of improved and innovative ways to accomplish objectives, keeping the restaurant teams and guests top of mind.
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated through championing accountability, maximizing team and individual strengths, seeking and implementing change, influencing decisions, and aligning with critical business objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 Year-Degree
  • Experience with franchise-based business models

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Data analysis and interpretation, decision making and communication
  • Understanding of business analytics, intelligent report design, and communication of results.
  • Subject matter expert in operations assessments and supporting tools.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in quick-service restaurant operations.
  • Effectively utilizes project management disciplines and tools using Inspire Brands processes.
  • Ability to work independently and provide regular progress updates to manager and department leadership.
  • Allocates time and resources to critical tasks rather than non-essential tasks
  • Encourages collaboration across the organization.
  • Ability to influence change with a variety of constituents.
  • Analyze each situation’s unique attributes to assist in determining an appropriate resolution.
  • Ability to communicate perspectives clearly in group settings to assist in a final resolution.
