Job description

A family owned trucking company needs Transport Drivers for the Central/Western Oklahoma and surrounding area. This position is responsible for loading, transporting, delivering, and unloading fuel products to and from specified destinations. Transport Drivers are expected to load and unload the product in an efficient, timely, and safe manor. Fuel experience preferred but will train as needed.

• Must keep accurate records & drivers daily logs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with dispatcher and customers.
• This position requires you to go on the road as needed. There is no guarantee you will be home every night.
• Must be proficient with safe work practices and tank truck driving.
• Observes safe driving practices while on the road.
• Reports all accident and near misses to supervisor within 24 hours of occurrence.
• Follows Safe Work Procedures while carrying out all job tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cab.
• Inspects vehicle and notifies manager of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance.
• During interaction with customers provides exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering any questions.
• Meets all DOT requirements.
• Keeps vehicle and equipment serviced and running well to minimize delays in delivery.
• Available to work an "on call" schedule to cover any off hour customer emergencies.

Must Have Class A CDL

Must have HazMat Endorsement.

Must have Tanker Endorsement.

Must have 2 years driving experience.

Company semi-truck is provided.

Full-time: Hours and work days will vary depending on the loads.
