Gardenheir is looking for Fulfillment Associates (both full and part time) to join our growing Catskills based team. The successful candidates will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory, as well as packing and shipping orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a small team with opportunity to grow with our business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure orders are shipped with the correct items and quantities.
• Manage returns and exchanges of products.
• Communicate with customers on an as needed bass regarding order status, shipping information, and other inquiries.
• Must be comfortable lifiting 40 pounds and some physical labor.
