We meet our customers' needs by providing and maintaining a high level of delivery standards. The Warehouse, Fulfillment team, and Customer Service team play a vital role in delivering customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
A successful candidate for this position must be able pick & pack orders with close attention to detail. They must also be proactive with strong attention to detail as well as in checking and packing orders. They must also demonstrate a strong customer focus and good communication skills. Experience in a fulfillment position is a plus, but not required. High School Graduate or equivalent GED required, Associates' or Bachelors' degrees are a plus. A candidate must be able to move throughout the warehouse independently if needed, ascend/descend ladders, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
The essential responsibilities of the Fulfillment Specialist include:
Work proactively in all fulfillment functions by fulfilling orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Work closely with Supervisor and the team
- Assisting with inventory counting, restocking, warehouse cleaning, and other warehouse work as assigned
