Fulfillment Manager – Building Materials Supplier - Base Salary to 95/year – Cotati, CA

• Our client is an importer, manufacturer, and distributor of hardwood decking, thermally modified wood products, rainscreen systems, and premium siding. They have been around since 1949, and have supplied materials to architects, lumber yards, contractors, and homeowners throughout the East and West Coasts.

• In this role, the Fulfillment Manager (internally titled Customer Service Fulfillment Manager) will be responsible for managing and executing all the details involved in each customer order, as well as managing a small team of CSR/Fulfillment employees. They need experienced office management professionals with experience in building materials, who are detail oriented and able to switch gears quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute all details involved in customer orders
• Handle dispatching, scheduling, and delivery of orders to optimize customer experience and cost / efficiency for the company
• Manage the regular logistics planning for incoming materials and outgoing customer orders
• Manage a small team consisting of Inside Sales and Fulfillment staff
• Update customer price lists weekly / as needed
• Provide high level customer service and administrative support
• Purchasing responsibilities as required
• Ensure smooth transition and flow of all sales and logistics information per company SOP
• Work out of the Cotati, CA office daily

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a supervisory Office Management type role
• Building Materials experience required (lumber, siding, decking preferred)
• Dispatching and Admin experience required
• Construction experience & ability to read blueprints preferred
• Purchasing and Inventory systems knowledge preferred
• Ability to work daily out of the Cotati office (only local area candidates are considered)
• Self motivated, organized, and detail oriented mindset

Compensation:

• Base Salary in the 65k - 95k/year range, dependent on experience
