Summary

Our multi-specialty dental practice is seeking a compassionate, energetic, professional. Dental Assistant to join our team. Our dental assistants are vital members of the practice, responsible for providing clinical support to the dental team and playing a critical role in our patients' experience. In this role you will be partnering with management to constantly improve our processes and procedures. We are seeking the right person to grow with our team, have fun and be challenged everyday.

Responsibilities

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Setting up and breaking down operatory
• Proficient with digital X-rays (Dexis), CB/CT scanner and iTero scanner
• Excellent sterilization techniques in accordance with OSHA
• Maintaining a HIPAA and OSHA compliant work space
• Maintains current license to provide local anesthetic to patients
• Excellent cavitron and hand scaling technique
• Superb chair-side manner
• Ability to work alongside treating dentist to present comprehensive treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain dental health, terminology and education to patients
