POSITION OPENING FOR LEAD RECTOR FOR
TRINITY ANGLICAN CHURCH, Marysville, California
Position Description: Fulltime Anglican Rector to lead Trinity Anglican Church in worship, spiritual growth and our community outreach activity to further spread God’s will within the church and the surrounding Yuba/Sutter area. Candidate will have the following essential traits;
- Knows the Bible and Book of Common Prayer well and has a deep and profound respect for its contents and knows how to articulate that well to others.
- Has a collaborative style of leadership that will inspire and challenge the clergy and the whole church to move us forward into the future that God has prepared for us.
- Great communicator and public speaker who will effectively preach the Gospel and encourage church members to use their God given gifts both in the church and outside the church.
- Acumen in ministering to younger church members and the ability to grow that group within the church.
- Experience with social media and the ability to use it effectively in the church operations and outreach.
- Understand church finances and fiscal constraints.
