Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled & super motivated Garage Door Installer / Technician.

We are an established Orange County business, with many property management accounts as well as a large network of contractors with projects continually being scheduled.

The ideal candidate must be familiar with all facets of residential garage door installation & service, as well as doing CLEAN work.

A neat and orderly appearance is required as you will be interacting with our clients on a daily basis.

WE provide truck, fuel, and most tools.

MUST have a SPOTLESS DMV record, as well as be able to pass a drug test and background check if requested.

Top pay based on experience and knowledge.

Candidate must have a strong command of the English language, and the ability to learn & use our dispatching software is a MUST

Commercial door and gate operator knowledge is also a plus !

The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and skills.

-- MUST have a minimum of 1 year experience in residential garage door installation, repair, and service.

-- MUST have a general knowledge of door products, and materials, and be able to learn and retain pricing for job quotation, and door sales.

-- MUST have a desire to to complete each job completely and with integrity, skill, and with a good customer service oriented attitude

-- MUST be both customer service as well as sales driven and have a good team player attitude

• Must have good mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to understand and work with common power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet
• Must be able to read and write legibly and accurately
• Must be able to walk and carry items on uneven ground
• Must be able to climb and work from a 12’ step ladder
• Must be able to safely drive a service truck or van during the day, at night, and in inclement weather conditions.
• Must have neat appearance.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings to accommodate phone calls from customers.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (driving and travel time.)
• Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold; dirty, dusty, and oily environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
