We are a Woman Owned facility maintenance and property preservation company based out of the Washington DC Metropolitan area that has been in business since 2014. We specialize in property preservation and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Currently, we have contracts with Nationwide Mortgage servicing companies and local DC government agencies. We service about 1400+ foreclosed properties at this current moment for 17 different national-level clients.

Job Description

Join the team at JE Ainsworth LLC. Our company is looking for Subcontractors to work on-site completing various work orders. As a JE Ainsworth subcontractor, you are responsible for completing the maintenance/repair orders on these properties and the procurement and control of materials, transportation, and equipment necessary for the successful completion of these work orders. Our goal is to not have your travel exceed an hour to one property therefore work orders will all be located within an 80–100-mile radius of your home location. This allows the contractor to travel around their area and service properties close to their house and create their work schedule accordingly. Contractors can utilize bids and pre-approvals to make the most amount of money going into every single property they service. Once a property is given to a contractor to service, that becomes their property and all bids that our clients approve go right back to that respective contractor until they sell the property. We also only service vacant properties so considering everything with COVID-19, you are not in contact with any homeowners or tenants.

This is a 1099 position, and all contractors are paid out on a bi-weekly basis on the 1st and 15th for all completed and invoiced orders.
