General Maintenance - $25/Hour, part time
Tillamook Family Counseling Center seeks a Handyman to provide services for about 10 hours a month at our Tillamook County agency locations. Duties include basic maintenance and minor repairs. Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and have full Vaccination status (Healthcare). We do have a few different offices in Tillamook and one in Rockaway, so some travel between offices will be necessary.
Job Duties would include, but not limited to:
- Taking items to recycling
- Taking the agency cars in for maintenance & cleaning
- Moving larger things for staff (storage boxes, furniture, etc.)
- Assembling desks, etc. as they come in.
- Changing light bulbs/valances
- Picking up items from Rosenburg’s Hardware Store to complete job tasks
- General maintenance of buildings (painting, repairs, etc.)
- If the general maintenance person is not able to do the project, then we call in a plumber, electrician, etc. as necessary.
