Job Title: General Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a GM in a quick service restaurant, and must possess strong P&L experience. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, managing our team members, and driving business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staffing, scheduling, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Build and maintain a highly motivated team by hiring, training, and coaching team members to provide exceptional customer service and increase sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and manage costs, including managing the P&L and ensuring that financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that equipment and facilities are maintained and serviced as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety and labor laws.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant, with a strong track record of success.
• Strong P&L experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high levels of performance.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and the local community.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and labor laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
