Our HOTWORX General Sales Manager will be a vivacious, motivated leader whose mission is as follows:

To be hands-on in the development and maintenance of our growth and success through being the leader in overall studio management, including sales execution and top-of-the-line customer service.

Qualifications:

Successful previous experience in sales preferred

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent leadership skills

Commitment to continued education through company-provided workshops

Ability to enthusiastically communicate with and encourage individuals from all walks of life

Ability to independently identify and resolve day-to-day issues within the studio

Confidence in setting sales goals for the studio team and guiding them through execution of those goals

Ability to commute to, or relocate to, the Edmond area

Duties:

Complete a minimum schedule of 40 hours per week

Arrive 15 minutes early to all scheduled duties, including work shifts, outside promotions, sales appointments and training sessions

Consistently maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the HOTWORX® Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct. While on the clock or attending any official studio functions, all staff must wear officially branded tops with official name badges at a minimum. No exceptions are allowed.

Facilitate all staff meetings and training sessions

Strive for 5 star online ratings through superior customer service, personability and hospitality!

Maintain accurate member and employee records by following suggested filing guidelines

Set sales goals for the team and produce monthly forecasting reports

Stay consistently aware of the studio’s revenue and the sales goals needed in order to spur growth, every month

Recruit and interview studio staff

Ensure all daily operational checklists are prepared weekly/daily for monitoring including but not limited to: Daily Open/Close Checklist, Daily Marketing Checklist, Daily Sauna Safety Protocol Checklist & Daily Cleaning Checklists.

Train all new Sales Associates according to HOTWORX® guidelines

Create and maintain a monthly staff schedule at least one week prior to the beginning of each month to include all training objectives, staff meetings, marketing and outside or inside promotion initiatives as well as equipment maintenance events.

Motivate and encourage staff in sales and providing superior customer service

Submit payroll bi-monthly to Franchisee for approval and then to payroll company

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the studio including lobby area, saunas, functional training area, restrooms and any other areas to ensure superior customer service and sanitation expectations are exceeded.

Maintain accurate product inventory according to minimum standards & rotate merchandise on display shelves every month to enhance the presentation of retail products.

Regularly order inventory to ensure healthy stock levels and maintain accurate inventory reports in software at all times

Review Studio Prospecting/Client tracking logs daily to ensure proper exercise of prospecting duties. This includes new member follow up, new guest tracking, etc.
