Hiring Hair Stylist / Barber for Kids. Flexible schedules (but we aim for consistency from week to week), low drama, no chemical treatments, and CIVILIZED HOURS. Part-time and full-time positions available. MANAGEMENT opportunities available, with additional pay, if desired and qualified.

We are adding to our incredible team with stylists / of the right character, personality, and skills. Be a part of something special! Our salon is 6 years old and we continue to be close to fully booked! We focus on kids' haircuts, but we also do adult cuts and styles too. We work with all hair styles and hair types. Total compensation includes competitive hourly wage based on experience + tips (our clientele is often generous) + product commissions, and can easily exceed $26+/hour. Plus HEALTH BENEFITS and RETIREMENT PLAN available, if and once qualified!

Requirements:

- License/Certification: current CA cosmetology or barber license, kept on the premises.

- Excitement in working with children of all ages and their parents, along with friendliness, clean appearance, positive attitude, and reliability to go along with providing excellent service.

- Must learn to operate the computer POS system (ex. book appointments, check-ins, and check-outs), and print certificates.

- Must learn and communicate product information, and your knowledge will help you increase your sales for commissions.

- Desire and skills to manage a plus!

Pay: $16.00 - $36.00 per hour
