So, what’s up with the guaranteed $22.00 per hour effective wage?? Yes, our stylists are guaranteed a $22 per hour effective wage for their first 6 months. “Effective Wage” includes all pay items = base wage + reported tips + bonuses, etc., whether full-time or part-time. After 6 months with our great salon teams and awesome customers, our average stylist is making more than $26 per hour.

- Proven haircutting skills.
- Current CO cosmetology/barber/hairstylist license.
