Position Title: Care Center CNA
Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant provides personal care services to patients in Haven Hospice Care Centers as assigned. This position provides light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed. Due to business needs, the CNA may be required to work different shifts, teams and location.

You Have:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required
- One (1) to two (2) years CNA experience preferred. Experience working with interdisciplinary team preferred. Alignment with the Haven mission, culture and values of collaboration, accountability, respectfulness, ethical behavior and service-driven.
- Ability to work non-judgmentally with persons of varied cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds and lifestyles.

Location: Chiefland
The Chiefland Hospice Care Center opened in December 2004 and is located at 311 NE 9th Street in Chiefland. It is surrounded by lovely gardens and is a 16-bed facility that offers Southern-style architecture. Chiefland is known as the “Gem of the Suwannee Valley,” Chiefland offers many different facets of quality living that make it one of the best places to live in Florida. Winner of the 2000 Florida Rural Community of the Year Award. Chiefland has largely remained true to its rural heritage. Farming is still an important way of life, and many newcomers have chosen to settle in the area to enjoy the peaceful, pastoral lifestyle amid some of the most beautiful natural surroundings in the country.

Experience
Required- Current Florida CNA license.
- 1 - 2 years: One (1) to two (2) years CNA experience. Experience working with interdisciplinary team preferred.
