Likewize is searching for a Head of Upgrade to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a customer focused and dynamic team that delivers best in class Upgrade, and trade in products and services globally. The leader will develop and implement solutions, which drive Likewize innovations, to be market leading within this key sector of the business. This leader will develop the team, and build strong cross functional, market, and regional relationships, and establish themselves as the subject matter expert in this sector, both internally, and externally.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to;

This leader will develop the team, and build strong cross functional, market, and regional relationships, and establish themselves as the subject matter expert in this sector, both internally, and externally.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Develop innovative products and propositions for both new existing clients, to drive new opportunities, subscriber growth, and profitability for both Likewize and our clients.
- Develop an operational cadence to the upgrade programs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis with the product, and regional teams to deliver key results and plans.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer programs, identifying key trends, performance metrics, and KPI performance, to deliver against key business objectives
- Build, develop and implement operational processes and procedures by working with cross-functional teams to ensure the team is supported in field as efficiently as possible.
- Develop strong working relationships with key third party partners, including underwriters, OEMs, and key outsourced service providers
- Identify, strategize, and develop improvements to improve the protect program by working with Product, IT and operational teams to consistently raise the bar.
- As a senior leadership leader within the global product team, play a key role in developing and evolving the Likewize’s overall product story.
Requirements/Skills

- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a wireless and high-tech electronics, upgrade, trade in, or extended warranty/insurance industries.
- Previous experience leading and managing teams, both functionally, and geographically, on a global basis.
- Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills are a strong asset.
- Comfortable dealing directly with customers and other stakeholders.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accurate, thorough and timely.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change, able to work self-directed.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
