At Buckner Villas, we are looking for a talented and friendly Healthcare Server to support our Senior community members. This role will drive excellence and ensure customer service meets the required results aligned with Buckner's mission, vision, and values.

Five-Star Service at Buckner:

As a Healthcare Server, you will impact the lives of the Residents through assisting dietary and kitchen staff with supporting functions such as setting tables, preparing trays, preparing serving lines, washing dishes, cleaning, etc. Assist residents during mealtimes.

• Serve modified texture diets in satellite kitchen settings.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment before and after use.
• Set tables, bus tables, and wash off tables after meals.
• Prepare beverages and foods.
• Serve food in dining rooms or other areas as required.
• Wash dishes; scrape and rack dishes; sort, stack, store clean dishes.
• Mop, sweep, clean work area, and take out trash.
• Receive and store groceries, frozen foods, produce, etc.
• Observe and report resident symptoms, reactions and changes.
• Perform other assignments, projects and duties as assigned.

• Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
• Good physical condition
• High school diploma; food safety training will be a plus
