Well established medical company seeking a Jr Level IT Help Desk Support Specialist. Targeting someone with at least 1-2 years of experience.

**This is an entry level role and is fully remote. Must reside in Orange County/Inland Empire are to qualify for this role.**

Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service (soft skills) over the phone.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting on client/server, networking, hardware/software, desktop devices, and end-user applications.
  • Log calls by accurately documenting, and verifying all client information provided, and troubleshooting steps performed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment (averages 50 calls per day). Will be expected to be first call resolution and 72% needs to be resolved.
  • Must be able to document all issues and create a ticket.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a Help Desk Environment.
  • Experiencing working with a Ticketing System and over the phone troubleshooting required.
  • Must know how to Ping an IP address, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and troubleshoot printer issues.
