At least one year (preferred) of recent clinical experience (med/surgical, home health, etc) but willing to train.

Currently we are seeking full time nurses for Cedar City and Iron county areas. This is a field based (not an office) position. Our EMR is web based and includes digital signatures (no carrying around paperwork.)

Requirements:

Desire to be a part of a fantastic team!

Active RN License in Utah or Compact Equivalent

BLS, TB Screening, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance

Comfortable with electronic charting

Excellent assessment skills

Basic wound care knowledge

Wound vac and ostomy experience helpful, but not required

Optional Experience with PICC lines, PACs and peripheral IVs

Responsibilities:

Developing and following plan of care including OASIS documentation

Performing home visits that include one on one teaching and working with patients and families.

Timely documentation

Following orders and plan of care

Empowering patients to care for themselves and their disease processes to the best of their abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
