• 40 hours per week for 5 days
• On-calls (Rotational) - will be discussed during interview

• Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Nevada.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
• At least 6 months of experience in Home health care preferred.
• Experience in wound care, vacs care, ostomy care, and IV administration is preferred.
• CPR certification.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Required to present a negative TB test and other tests as required by agency policy
• Must be able to do field work
• Must have an excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
