We are presently seeking a Manufactured Home Lead Remodeling Superintendent to lead all aspects of remodeling or removing manufactured homes in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
As a successful Manufactured Home Lead Remodeling Superintendent, you will:
- Completes assigned scope of works on the MHR excel template and in Company Cam.
- Train assigned superintendents on how to complete a scope of work on the MHR excel template and in Company Cam.
- Analyze the feasibility and cost effectiveness of remodeling a manufactured home verse removal and replacement.
- Continual update of pricing in standardized remodeling scopes of work as necessary.
- Efficiently conduct and train superintendents on WIP inspections in assigned area for progress, quality, and invoice verification.
- Communicate daily with MHRM on assigned area home progress and superintendent’s efficiency with managing vendors.
- Locate, vet and process new vendors to remodel or remove manufactured homes in assigned area.
- Train superintendents on how to locate, vet and process new vendors to remodel or remove manufactured homes.
- Implement and train superintendents on RHP-Current Focused Safety Initiatives to ensure workplace safety.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or construction management preferred, or satisfactory combination of formal education and relevant work experience
- A minimum of 3 years residential construction experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
- Willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time
- Detail orientated with strong organizational, time management, problem solving, multitasking and follow-through skills
- Valid operator’s license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company’s policy at all times.
- Reliable transportation required

As we continue to grow, we are in search of an individual who will assist with manufactured home remodeling within our communities with a home base out of Pontoon Beach, IL This role is ideal for anyone who has experience as a construction project manager, superintendent, estimator, skilled tradesman or insurance adjuster.
As a successful Remodeling Superintendent, you will:
- Direct, coordinate and monitor vendors to remodel manufactured homes
- Assist with locating and contracting trade partners
- Define the scope of works to accurately assess the cost to remodel
- Assist with establishing standardized pricing with vendors to streamline the bidding process
- Assist with establishing and implementing vendor rules to ensure workplace safety
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or construction management preferred, or a satisfactory combination of formal education and relevant work experience
- A minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience, preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time across RHP communities
- Detail orientated with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through skills
- Must maintain a valid operator’s license and good driving record at all times
- Reliable transportation required
