Goodwin and Company is looking for a customer service-oriented Homeowners Association Manager to deliver association management, financial, and project management services to the non-profit homeowners and Board of Directors for a portfolio of our communities.

This candidate will have experience managing homeowner or developer-controlled communities. This person would work remote, but would need to visit properties from time to time. The territory is from San Antonio to San Marcos.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
• Vendor management through contracted services
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)
• Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
• Attend and Conduct Board of Director meetings

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TX Prop Code 209
• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations
• Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents
• Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Immediate consideration for candidates with HOA mgmt experience.
• Unfortunately we are unable to consider anyone who isn't currently local as they must be available to begin within 2-3 weeks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
