Job description
Cambria Hotel is adding a full-time agent to the team. This person will flex between 1st shift (7am to 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm). The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience within a fluctuating environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (nice to have but not required).
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
