and substance abuse issues, to achieve a better quality of life through outpatient and

community mental and behavioral healthcare. Our goal is to help our clients access all

mental wellbeing.

SNL is seeking a part-time residential House Manager that is professional, supportive, and responsible. Your main responsibility will be to maintain a safe, productive, and pleasant environment while providing support, supervision, and guidance. You will be expected to implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, behavior, and recreational activities of our clients. Our ideal candidate will be able to accomplish this through effective management and supervision skills. You will be required to demonstrate positive role model skills and appropriate ethical behavior while adhering to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and oversee the daily living routine for all clients and staff.

· Attend to the physical, emotional, and medical needs of clients.

· Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.

· Manage client medication process, including administration, audit, and compliance with Policies & Procedures.

· Arrange all appointments (medical, legal, educational, etc.).

· Communicate with Daily Living providers and advocates for care/services.

· Accurately document all pertinent client information; actively seek out and review all documentation daily.

· Additional daily duties will include but are not limited to transporting clients in the TRH van, and supervising clients as they perform daily living tasks.

· Ensures that clients’ need for privacy and individuality is respected.

· Write and review incident reports regarding individuals’ daily activities and progress –Procedure daily.

· Facilitate any client intakes and/or discharges

· On-Call 24/7 to provide support to staff and clients

· Effectively communicate with staff regarding all aspects of quality care for our clients.

· Orient and train new staff to the group home, the program, and clients.

Qualifications:

· Valid Driver’s License

· Vision must be adequate to read correspondence, computer screens, forms, etc. The position requires good manual dexterity.

· Able to life up to 40 pounds.

· Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and climb stairs regularly.

Job Type: Full-time/ Part-Time

Wage: $18/hr

Schedules Available

· 12-hour shift weekends

· M- F 8-10 hour shifts

· Holidays availability

· Alternating Weeks (1 full week shift + overnight stay; 1400/week)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Phoenix, AZ 85032: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
