Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time or part-time Housekeepers for Ashford Court, our senior living community in Westland, MI. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining and cleaning community common areas and resident apartments. Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain a positive attitude when talking with residents.

Clean resident apartments.

Launder residents clothing.

Clean, vacuum/mop all common areas of the community.

Maintain clean work area and keep cart clean and well organized.

Meet assigned time requirements as scheduled by supervisor.

Lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.

Regular attendance is required.

Must have desire to be team player.

Understand emergency procedures and MSDS procedures for all chemicals used.

Understand procedures for blood removal.

Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements.

Skills/Qualifications

Ability to clean resident apartments according to company policy and direction.

Ability to clean common areas according to company policy and direction.

General knowledge of sanitation.

Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees.

Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.

Must have basic computer skills.
