Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring a high level of cleanliness and superb appearance for all of our apartments. This position does require some physical exertion including frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and pushing. Must be dependable and take pride in quality of work.

They must possess strong accounting, customer service, and strong organizational and technical skills.
