Join us as an HR Analyst!
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting an HR Analyst to join our HR team. In this role you will function as the HR coordinator for 1 or more lines of business or locations responsible for supporting HR Business Partners in the execution of initiatives and projects. You will also be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative functions for the HR Business Partners.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Assist the HR Business Partners in the execution of initiatives and projects.
- Assist HR Business Partners with the coordination and processing of all employee status change forms.
- Participate in the administration of the year-end compensation planning process.
- Participate in the administration of the annual Performance Review process.
- Assist with employee relations issues by ensuring appropriate documentation is created and compliant with established HR processes and relevant employment laws.
- Serve as a resource to employees and respond to inquiries as needed, regarding HR processes and policies.
- Generate timely and accurate reports and analysis of HR data by running PS query reports and other system tools.
- Assist HRBPs with special projects and presentations.
- Perform the day-to-day administrative needs of the HR Business Partners.
- Process T&E reports for HRBPs.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
- Some college, Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of Human Resources experience or relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism

BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000, which is specific to New York, NY and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
