Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Job Summary
The Human Resources Assistant will perform administrative tasks to support the HR department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations
- Keep HR files and documents up to date
- Assist in the recruiting process
- Assist with company events as needed
- Organize documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience as an HR assistant or administrative position
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Korean/ Spanish is a plus but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
