HR Business Partner – Madera, California
This position is located at our Madera, CA site and will be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the HR function including recruiting, employee relations, policy administration, benefits, maintenance of system and general administration for the department. The role is a key position for our business and is an important be part of the local management team.

What to expect in the life of our HR Business Partner…
A hands-on role where you will own key HR activities including management the entire employee life-cycle process, including- Recruitment represent around 20% of your working week
- Providing support to our managers with ER issues such as sick leave guidance, attendance and other policy compliance issues.
- Helping managers deliver pragmatic Training and Development programs in their respective teams.
- In general, being a trusted sounding board and adviser for our management team and employees.
Qualifications:
- BS degree or college business courses
- 3-5 years demonstrated Human Resources experience.
- Preferred 2 years of California HR expericne and an understanding of CA State Legal employement labor and leave of absence laws.
- Payroll processing experience preferred
- Ability to evaluate and resolve problems independently.
- Above average communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
Wage/Salary will be determined on evaluation of experience and skill. Compensation range for this position: $65,000.00 - $98,000.00
- Billigual (English -Spanish)
- MSc in HR or Business related field
