HR Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator
Job description
West Roxbury Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an individual to to administer and perform payroll and HR Generalist functions.The individual must have strong computer skills, confidentiality, payroll experience, and must have knowledge of Human Resource tasks for the facility.
Pay Starts at $25hr - based on experience
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit weekly payroll using ADP and Smartlinx.
Set up, process and maintain changes to employee files such as direct deposit, address changes, and deductions.
Managing time clocks, tracking payroll hours
Administer yearly OSHA 300 log processing
Prepare and submit required payroll reports
Assist with clerical and administrative aspects of benefits, employee contributions, employee enrollments and terminations
Maintain online job postings, screen potential applicants and schedule interview for prospective candidates
Provide coordination and assistance to employees during Annual Enrollment for company benefits
Assist management with special projects as needed
Process new hires on-boarding and terminations
Maintain employee files
Tracking FMLA
Workers Compensation tracking and trending present report at monthly safety meeting
Maintain Records of absenteeism tracking
Requirements:
At least 1 year of previous payroll experience is preffered ADP experience is preferred
Previous experience in human resources
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
