Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deploys best practices to ensure compliance and improve productivity in HR Shared Services.
- Liaises between the HR Shared Service Center and internal customers, including IT, Finance, and HR to develop project plans and implementation timelines for all new initiatives.
- Partners with other functional HR leaders to enhance existing service offerings through re-engineering or automation of key processes.
- Creates business cases and project initiation documentation for HR Shared Services projects.
- Builds and maintains a governance structure for all projects, including integrations and technology deployments.
- Prepares and distributes monthly dashboards, scorecards, and informational reporting.
- Manages projects and change management activities.
- Provides thought leadership and hands-on development, evaluation, and execution of the Shared Services support model and performance reporting needs and metrics.
- Manages team work schedules and monitors both individual and team performance against service level agreements.
- Undertakes regular reviews with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Owns the transition plan for transitioning work into Shared Services from HR partners.
- Updates the knowledge repository to enable teams to take ownership of inbound inquiries.
- Serves as the project manager and change management expert on defining project objectives, scope, and level of effort.
- Assigns duties, responsibilities, and scopes of authority to project personnel.
