Masonite is looking to hire a Workday HCM Reporting Analyst for a Workday HCM implementation and post-production support to provide an unparalleled customer experience by providing robust reporting solutions that drive the business value. The Workday Analyst will be primarily responsible for the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards in workday; however, will also be responsible for business process configuration for post-production support as needed.
- Partner with internal and external customers to elicit requirements, design, build, test, and deploy reports & dashboards
- Maintaining and Developing Reports and Dashboards by using Matrix and Composite reporting
- Assist with system administration, business process configuration and design of the primary HRIS (Workday); consisting of the following modules: HCM, US and Canada Payroll & Benefits
- Recommend and implement policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity
- Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline and enhance reporting processes, and promote user adoption
- Provide end user training on reporting tools and leverage technology to drive towards automated, self-service reporting.
- Professionalism in working directly with business owners and striving to deliver excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and at least 2 years related business experience with Workday reporting and dashboards
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes, with a strong focus on report development.
- Knowledge of Workday security and business process configuration highly preferred.
- Experience with other Workday modules advantageous
- Good functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes and practices.
- Expert-level usage of Microsoft Excel experience (macros and complex formulas), and proficient in other MS applications (Visio, Power-point, Access and Word.)
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, in order to build strong partnerships with key internal organizations and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong customer focus
- Strong organizational skills and initiative required
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
