A Wooster company is looking for an HR Generalist. This will be a temp to hire for right candidate based on attitude, attendance and performance. Must be flexible with the working hours Mon-Fri 6a-330p.Duties:
- ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong interpersonal skills
- must be proficient with computers and software, Word, Excel
- previous experience handling large volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls
- previous experience with data, order entry and customer service in a manufacturing setting
- Human Resource Generalist experience in any combination of Recruitment Retention, managing 3rd party staffing agencies
- payroll processing (ADP, WFN preferred)
- workers comp
- Family Medical Leave and performance management
Hours: Mon-Fri 6a-330p, must be flexible to be there to attend both meetings in the morning and afternoons. Must be able to pass drug test and national background.
