HVAC Technicians and Installers

Anthony & Son Indoor Air Quality is looking for qualified HVAC Technician to work for a reputable and honest company. We mostly service residents in Montgomery county, Frederick county and Howard County. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, will also need to have a MINIMUM of 2-YEAR FIELD EXPERIENCE, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers, co-workers and managers; the ability to analyze and solve problems; exceptional attention to detail; highly organized self-starter who can manage time, handle challenges, volumes of work and pressure, and who can be a vital part of the installation team to complete daily schedule effectively and efficiently. Willing to train. Pay based on experience.

• Copper fit & brazing (preferred)

• Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required.
• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour, also commission base pay

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Location:

• Germantown, MD (office location)

Licenses preferred:

• CFC Universal (Required)
• Journeyman (HVAC) or higher (Preferred)

Work authorization:

• United States (Required)

Additional Compensation:

• Commission'
• Bonus for those with Journeyman's HVAC license
