Job description
Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to share their knowledge and experience as Part-time and Full-time Instructors in our HVAC program. No teaching experience required. Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned technicians into effective educators.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
- S1 or S2 is required
- Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
- Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
- Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
- Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
- Support and communicate progress with students
- Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!
Basic computer skills- High school diploma/GED
