Scoopers are the essential team members who serve our customers with smiles and cheerful attitudes.

Responsibilities include:

• Knowing the contents of the flavors in the case and being able to describe them to customers as well as make suggestions for orders.
• Understanding the menu and how to make every item.
• Keeping the store clean during operating hours and at opening and closing.
• Knowing how to use the register proficiently.
• Understanding all policies and procedures for the store.
• Committing to working at least 2 shifts a week
• Showing exemplary customer service to each person that walks through the door, including greeting and assisting in ordering and checkout.
• Being connected out of work hours to the Connecteam chast and picking up shifts as available when other team members need covers.
• Being on-time to shifts, ready to work and dressed in a clean uniform.
• Being honest and accountable for any mistakes made at work
• Being a good team member and helping create a healthy and happy work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
