Welcome! We’re looking for cooks that are eager to assist Taylor Farms Northwest with creating food products for our local communities. Our company works to create food items that are offered in grocery stores such as Safeway and Fred Meyer, and we even collaborate with fast food restaurants such as McDonald’s and Starbucks! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mass-produce high quality food
• Must be able to read and follow customer recipe card
• Understand various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work quickly in a professional kitchen with the knowledge of how to read and mix for food service items, use commercial kitchen equipment, and check thermometer correctly and accurately
• Follow Safety Rules and Standards
• Arrive to work on time and consistently

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to read write and speak English
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Ability to work in both cold and hot environments
• 1 year of experience working in kitchens

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• 2 years of professional experience
