Medgene is seeking to hire an Information Technology Manager for our rapidly growing business and product pipeline.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the cybersecurity manager, by ensuring proper security measures are in place and continuous team member training and improvements occur
- Develop organization-wide policies and provide training on the policies to protect Company data
- Maintain all Company-wide passwords and implement a password management system
- Administer and support all MS Office 365 and Sharepoint
- Leverage data science techniques to organize Company data and develop a process for file savings and file destruction
- Inventory and assess all computer and hardware for end of live and prepare a replacement plan
- Promptly resolve all computer and peripheral related issues
- Recommend software related improvements and partner with the team to implement
- Serve as support for current software programs and manage SQL databases
Experience
- 5+ years relevant experience in information technology management and / or data science
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with data science and management
- Experience in developing and leading cybersecurity programs
- BA in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- MSCS or MSIS preferred
