The Manager, Information Technology is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Safecor Health's servers and network, and all related systems and software. This position analyzes and resolves problems associated with the server hardware/software and integration with other systems and deploys cloud and in-house servers. This role is responsible for backup and recovery procedures, ensuring safety and security of the network, ensuring real-time support to users, and supports strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure by leveraging the latest methodologies and protocols.
• Proactively and effectively communicate technology status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders, and business leaders.
• Develop, manage, and support direct report(s) with a focus on strong technical acumen and continuous learning.
• Partner with cross-functional project teams and vendor partners for the deployment, configuration, and system support of all IT-related projects and systems solutions across the enterprise
• Administer and manage system security rules, access and custom properties, and maintain and secure active directory.
• Install and configure software, server hardware and networks, and design and implement network segmentation. Install patches and routine security/critical updates to servers.
• Evaluate, improve, and evolve functional policy and processes, and develop SOPs and documentation for all process and systems. Develop IT scorecards and KPIs.
• Operate as back-up support for Help Desk function.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related field, or equivalent professional
• Five- plus years of systems design, planning and installation experience in data processing activities.
• Experience managing networks and implementing new technology solutions.
• Experience with SQL server
• Azure or other cloud deployment a plus
• Experience in FDA regulated manufacturing a plus
