Title: Inside Sales Inspection Coordinator – Sheldon Location

Reports To: Leslie Johnson

Job Summary:

Inside Sales Coordinators are the liaisons between Tuboscope Operations and the Customers. Coordinators are expected to maintain open communication with the Operations Dept., the Traffic Dept., Outside Sales Representatives and Third-Party Monitors to assist Customers with day to day business requests. Coordinators are expected to respond to all Customer requests promptly and effectively via telephone and email. While off-site meetings with customers are not common, they may occur, and Coordinators will be expected to attend as needed. Coordinators are also required to participate in the On-call rotation where they will handle after-hours and weekend calls, typically for one week every 3 weeks.

Essential Duties/Major Responsibilities:

  • Enter Release information into GOLD per customer instruction.
  • Enter Work Orders into GOLD and JDE per customers specification; includes. special inspection requirements and billing instructions.
  • Quote inspection pricing as needed using customer’s contract or approved pricing matrix.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Third-Party Monitors (as required) to schedule inspection dates/times.
  • Maintain customer’s inventory in GOLD per their specifications.
  • Research inventory, shipping & receiving records as requested.
  • Provide inspection, shipping, receiving reports to customers.
  • Source and purchase services/accessories as needed
  • On-call responsibilities.
  • Participate in biweekly sales meetings.
  • Enter sale opportunities into CRM.
  • Communicate with Inspection Facilities to define best possible lead time for customer.
  • Work with operations and outside sales to reduce account receivables monthly
  • Define customer activity level and gather market information.
  • Upload all appropriate documents to OnBase.
  • Align customer needs with a Tuboscope product or service, create the opportunity to upsell the customer.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma plus 3 to 5 years oil and gas industry experience.
  • Knowledgeable computer skills in all windows-based systems (excel & word).
  • Individual must possess STRONG communication and time management skills.
  • Display excellent organization skills.
