Inside Sales Agent Responsibilities
- Qualify the incoming consumer leads you generate for appointments with real estate agents to provide quick response times to meet consumers’ needs
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Meet and exceed communication goals, appointment setting goals, and, sales goals
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Create & provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports Inside Sales Agent Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Real estate license preferred, not required Sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position required
