Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Consumer Booking Desk has the responsibility as a Sales Professional to represent and produce bookings of our vast moving and storage services. They will work with all nonconforming lead customers and secure sales, in addition work with our Digital Surveying customers. Incentive plan is paid out on performance so you can "control your own destiny" with how far you want to go. Compensation is $10-$12/hr depending on experience.
Essential Functions and Duties:

• Input and update in the QLAB system.
• Conduct digital surveys and set up out of area surveys for customers.
• Perform estimate and close business on all leads assigned
• Follow up and attempt to close all pending customers
• Communicate information with local Service Center, Move Management, Dispatch and others to ensure quality services

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of company software
• Interpersonal communication
• Verbal and written skills
• Multitasking
• Ability to operate an IPAD, laptop and desktop computer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Required Education and Experience:

• Required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR High School diploma or GED AND equivalent experience

Working Conditions:

• Indoors
• Office Environment
• Sitting for long periods of time
• Frequent use of an IPAD and or computer
• Frequent use of telephone
• Work hours are flexible but will still require 40 hours to meet goals.
