ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Americas First Financial is seeking a qualified Sales Operations Manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven Sales Executives. Our ideal Sales Operations Manager is an ambitious leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Services, Mortgage or Lending industry.

We’re seeking a quick learner that will be responsible for managing and organizing a multi-channel inside sales team. This position will lead both training and coaching of the sales teams as well as monitoring and reporting of sales metrics to drive efficiency and profitability.

This position will work closely with other leadership to drive initiatives and analysis to establish core management structure and long-term sales strategy. This highly driven individual will assist in the growth and development of our company by providing administrative and sales support. They will be responsible for assisting a dynamic fast-paced sales team, as well as providing feedback in the areas of business/personal development. This individual will also be responsible for drafting detailed sales reports and establishing and improving the sales training program.

This position resides out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, CA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Inside or Outside Sales Experience
  • Minimum 2 Years in Financial Services, Mortgage or Lending Required
  • Minimum 2 Years in Management Position Required (In Financial Industry Preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet aggressive quotas
  • Experience setting sales goals and driving the behaviors to achieve the targets
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • In Depth Experience with Salesforce CRM and / or Debt Pay Pro preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience managing a commission-based sales team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspire, lead, and coach a dynamic and fast-paced sales team
  • Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Establishing and improving a sales training program to train new employees
  • Coach and provide feedback to the sales team in the areas of sales/personal development, direction, and focus.
  • Assist on daily to-dos to ensure the sales team is on track with meeting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals
  • Monitor sales calls to drive team and individual performance, metrics, and sales close rates
  • Daily availability required from 8:00am - 6:00pm M-F

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Financial Background, training, or certification highly desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
