Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls, and use your skills in sales and persuasion to promote our products and turn prospects into New Business.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through self-promotion, networking, and simply talking to people "Everyone could be a potential client"
- Set up follow-up meetings with prospects and routinely check in with them to covert the prospect to New Business.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitches on products and services to prospects.
- Keep up-to-date information on all prospects that come into the agency to eventually convert to New Business.
- Be trainable and adaptable to grow your skill set in Sales.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with different departments within the organization to successful close New Business.
- Gather referrals and reviews from customers or prospects to grow your Organic presence.
Skills
- Proven experience in Insurance sales or relevant role *Preferred but not required*
- Property & Casualty license in the State of Georgia *Required*
- Coachable/Adaptable
- Organized/Detailed
- Thorough understanding of persuasion techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Role Base Pay - Monthly Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Cash App Bonuses + Annual Bonus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
