Internal Programs Manager (Hybrid)
Zelis is seeking a spirited, intuitive, self-motivated, and creative communications professional to develop highly impactful internal engagement programs. In this role, you will build and implement short/long-term internal marketing campaigns and programs designed to inform and engage employees. You should be a positive and enthusiastic individual who can work across teams to create awareness and excitement around a variety of program experiences and communication mediums. You must be comfortable speaking in front of a crowd, a proficient writer, and obsessed with project management. You hit deadlines, have a high attention to detail, and understand the importance of review cycles.
This position is an individual/independent contributor, working in a Zelis office location (Morristown, NJ; Atlanta, GA; St. Louis, MO; or St. Petersburg, Fl) 2-3 days a week, and reporting to the VP of Internal Marketing.
Core Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
- Build, manage, and execute high-visibility associate programs and communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees to participate.
- Develop creative comms plans for driving awareness and engagement through the lifecycle of our events – from the initial save-the-date to the post-event survey and beyond.
- Develop communication plans that think long-term, tying multiple events/communication moments together into broader strategies.
- Research, write, and edit communications with a focus on brevity, quality, and accuracy.
- Routinely measure and report out to stakeholders regarding the impact of our internal programs.
- Manage all internal swag requests and invoicing.
- Partner with the Manager of Corporate Giving to develop fundraising events and charitable programs.
- Work with external vendors and the manager of Internal Communications on internal video creation and adaption, developing a robust internal video library.
- Serve as a strong team player and work with the entire Internal Marketing team to execute key initiatives – helping wherever needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing events, campaigns, or internal communications.
- Proficiency in Modern SharePoint, Yammer, and Microsoft Office 365 applications, including PowerPoint.
- Experience fundraising and/or working with non-profits.
- Strong visual design eye, including adapting content across various internal platforms, including intranet, social, video, and other content systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to see projects through from start to finish and report on progress.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to interact with various departments and levels.
- Strong writing, formatting, and editing skills.
