LMC currently is looking for an Internet Marketing/Social Media Specialist, or Media Marketer, who will be responsible for promoting and maintaining our brands through market research, strategizing with other professionals, and creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns. Remote work is not available.
Requirements:- Associates’/Bachelor’s Degree related to Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
- 3+ years of sales and customer service experience a plus
- Clean MVR
- Experience navigating social media platforms
- Excellent persuasive writing skills
- Proficient to expert level of knowledge of graphical tools
- Proficient to expert level of knowledge of data analytics software

Duties:
- Research market trends and analyze campaign outcomes
- Research and develop pricing/targeting strategies based on demographic data
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads, monitor, and optimize/modify marketing campaigns
- Monitoring the performance of digital channels to ensure that they are reaching their target audiences and generating conversions in order to maximize the company’s budgets and goals
- Determine what content will reach customers and develop visual assets to create content
- Execute/administer digital marketing content online and implement email marketing campaigns
- Establishing guidelines for content creation to ensure that all materials are consistent with the brand image
- Facilitate marketing meetings and promotional gatherings
- Prepare reports, dashboards, or presentations to demonstrate and communicate results to leadership
