Hattie B’s HOT Chicken is an independent, family-owned restaurant group based in Nashville, TN. We currently have seven locations – four here in Nashville, plus Memphis, Birmingham, Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The right person will help to lead the team in running daily ops. You’ll need to lead by example, inspiring staff to connect, smile and hustle in service of all our super excited hot chicken seekers. You can expect to work 45-55 hours a week with various am, mid or pm shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:
*At least 2 years in a high volume/ management position.
*Must have references from former supervisors.
*Seeking patient and thoughtful leaders that want to inspire, develop and coach a team.

BENEFITS:
*Starting wages are $55k for AMs, $60k+ for AGMs and $70+ for GMs. (Dependent on Exp)
* All salaried managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus. (And yes, our teams actually see them!)
------ > AM's= 10% bonus, AGM = 15% bonus, GM= 20% bonus.
*We are closed on most major holidays.
*Managers enjoy 10 days of Paid-Time-Off (PTO) upon hire and 15 days at their 5-year anniversary.
*Health Insurance, Sick Pay and Short-Term Disability upon hire.
*Eligibility to enroll in our 401k retirement plan with matching up to 4% of annual salary.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
