Job description

Office position with the majority of the day spent working at a computer. Responsible for keeping software systems up to date.

Inventory by processing paperwork promptly. The ideal candidate must have strong math and/or accounting skills.

 Reviews and receives testing and fabrication paperwork

 Confirms all delivered goods and reports match purchase order specifications

 Create Bill of Lading and Material Test Report packets for shipments

 Ensure shipments are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the sales order correctly

 Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory

 Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks

 Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production are chased and followed up until received

Qualifications and Education Requirements

 High School diploma

 Associates Degree and/or Working Towards Associates Degree

 Strong Math and/or Accounting Required

 Candidate must pass inventory math test

 Basic Computer Skills

 Candidate must pass drug screen

 Must be able to work overtime when needed, to include weekends

Physical demands associated with position

 Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, handle and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.76 - $18.57 per hour
