We Are Looking For Reliable Caregivers To Work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, And Friday 2pm-8pm and Every Other Weekend!

~One on one care and companionship role for adults with disabilities and behavioral challenges! We are looking to grow our team of caregivers. If you enjoy playing Skip-bo, going for walks, going for vehicle rides, or listening to music all while at work, we want to connect with you! We currently have Full Time, Part Time, and Casual hours available due to growth and expanding our services.~

Located in Appleton At Our "Westwood" Home.

BENEFITS Package:

$2.00/hour pay increase for working over the weekend

What Will I Be Doing At HIL?!

· Complete personal cares as needed

· Follow all Individual Service Plans for every client

· Monitor health and provide medication administration as needed

· Make and prepare meals following all dietary guidelines

· Light housekeeping

· Interact with clients assisting with day to day tasks

· Engage in fun activies with clients

· All other duties as assigned

What will I be paid?

$2 dollars more on the weekend!

NEW: $1 Pm Shift Differential M-F between 2-10 p

Referral Bonus Program - $2,000 Bonus, NO LIMITon referrals

What are the open positons?

Full and part time hours available on all shifts!

* Every other weekend required and holiday rotation

What do I need to Qualify?

· 18 years or older

· Ability to work with individuals with special needs or willingness to learn

· Communication & Problem-Solving skills

· Managing stressful conditions by maintaining self-composure and self-control

· Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen

· Some positions may require valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
